Review on TECHMAX Mini 9006 LED Bulbs: Super Bright 10000LM White Light Conversion Kit with 30mm Heat Sink Base - HB4 Halogen Replacement by Gabe Evans

My car :: 2003 Toyota Camry LE I'm coming from the BulbFacts YouTube channel, like many others, which talks about LEDs being ideal for reflector headlights. My understanding is that you shouldn't use LEDs as they spread the light in all directions and blind oncoming traffic. But not these LEDs! The housings themselves have a cutout and the LEDs are arranged side by side. And not a single person enlightened me. Before this light I had a vision of Phillips Xtreme. And with LEDs, my biggest difference is the forward reach. I can DEFINITELY see much further now. Visibility from the side has improved, but it's not a big difference. I think if I put in fog lights I will improve them significantly. I like her! The light is perfectly bright and my car looks modern too. I went back to the old halogens to compare and my goodness they look so ugly and old in comparison. For the cost and increased visibility, these LEDs are amazing. And the fans are quiet. I don't know why others say they are loud. Can't hear them in my cabin.** January 21, 2019 **Still working as it should!** March 18, 2019 **Still working like day one, no fading or flickering. My friends praised how bright and white the street glows. I drove 6 hours at night and didn't flicker. So far they have been reliable. I will update them over time.** May 14, 2020 **One of the LED chips has burned out. But the rest of the LEDs work fine. So instead of 4 chips, my fog lamp works. I have 3 left. They haven't faded much over the years. Maybe I'm getting about 80% of what I used to get. For the price I think they've paid for themselves compared to high power halogen bulbs that are rated to last a year. Now they are installed as fog lights on my Lexus ES350. Selling my old Camry.
