I recently bought a trimmer, maybe I read it wrong but I did not receive the storage pouch as described. It's a shame because that's what you want to leave clean. This was the first fall where the trimmer made an unusually loud noise when in use. I understand it will be noisy but I have never had a trimmer that noisy. Maybe I just connected something wrong, but the vibrations are strong. And when I used it (not for the first time) I cut myself. I NEVER had this even when using a razor. I was excited to get him and his various heads but was just disappointed.
