Recently I was looking for one of these problems I was having. Through all these great reviews I came across this product and decided to buy it. Firstly it's a decent neck pillow, I like the extra neck support but it's still lacking. The cover is soft where it meets your skin (I probably should have washed it first but I didn't so I don't know how it will hold up. It hurts a little to take it off and put it back on). cover but. It feels like a firmer foam that flexes a bit when worn. I'm quite short and have a lot of hair so the fact that 1. the drawstring is closed (no clasp) so I have to maneuver it to put it on over my head and hair a bit uncomfortable and 2. the drawstring doesn't bother me, as the neck pillow wraps completely around my neck and is a bit suffocating depending on the position. Packaging came with a travel bag and some sheets of paper. One of them said I could get a free neck pillow or knee pillow. I asked and they said they wanted a screenshot with a five star rating. ok whatever in general a good pillow but xs if everyone thinks it's as good as they say
