Hello. You can't use lotion with these things, including the lotion you put on at 6:30 in the morning before work. I wash it off every night after brushing my teeth. Every other night I rinse the bib and let it dry on the box. The glue is strong for the first few nights and then softens. I can get these chest pads for 3 weeks if I follow the rules above. They work? Damned. I turned 50 this year and as if by magic, I was getting wrinkles in my décolleté while I was sleeping. Since I'm not talking about this life, I started working through all the options. These are the best so far.
