The tool provides us with all we need for our business operations such as Sales Orders processing within multiple locations of one organization or branches in different countries/regions etc..

Very helpful when you work across geographies! All tools are linked together which makes it easy to access information from another system if required (like ERP). User interface could be better but that's more down to personal preference rather than anything specific I would say. It has made life considerably easier managing projects between staff working remotely so everyone can see what needs doing without any issues related to time difference differences!!
