The listed price right now is $15.This book comes in a sturdy exterior box. The book itself is flexible/not-hardcover. The pages are good quality and I didn't see bleed from highlighter or gel pen tests. The format is that all the month pages are in the front and then the weekly pages after. Some planners do month then those month weekly pages, then Month again, repeat. This is "smoother" since the weeks do comprise of two months at times. It'll probably take a minute to get used to but I do like it. There are also other notes pages at the end and yearly pages in the beginning. Overall has all the pages you would need and is a high quality planner.
