This strap holds my backpack to the handle of my trolley. I was looking for something that works like this. It has two elastic straps that wrap around an extended handle and connect with an adjustable webbing. The strap is pretty easy to install and remove. The elastic band is easy to stretch and the strap is easy to adjust. He's holding the backpack quite well. However, the elastic does not stretch across the handle and there is nothing holding the strap to the handle when the handle is folded. I've tried wrapping it around the folding handle and fabric handle in a variety of ways, but couldn't find a way to keep it there. It's really inconvenient when I have to track it separately. Edit: I've been to 5 other airports since writing this review and have used this comfortable strap almost every time. I eventually found that I could attach the strap around the handle to the bag, which pretty much solved the problem of keeping the strap on the bag. In my case, it doesn't matter that the bottom doesn't wrap around the extendable handle.
