Review on 🦷 SANGI APAGARD Renamel Toothpaste 120g: Superior Oral Care for Stronger Enamel by Jerry Mackey

This published study is on another product from the same company with less nanohydroxyapatite. This product contains 10% nanohydroxyapatite. In publication: The aim of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the toothpaste "Apadent Total Care" with calcium nanohydroxyapatite and its effect on tooth enamel resistance to caries and tooth sensitivity. Thirty people took part in the study: 15 patients aged 17 to 25 years and 15 patients aged 35 to 44 years. Study participants used Apadent Total Care toothpaste with nanohydroxyapatite calcium. To evaluate the effectiveness of toothpastes, a clinical assessment of the enamel remineralization rate as well as the dynamics of enamel acid resistance and tooth sensitivity (Schiff index) was conducted. Clinical assessment of the state of tooth enamel before the procedure and after 3 months of using toothpaste with nanohydroxyapatite showed an improvement in all indicators. The time of complete enamel remineralization in both groups did not exceed 3 days. Enamel acid resistance increased 1.65-fold in group I and 1.75-fold in group II. The Schiff index after 3 months of using Apadent toothpaste also decreased in both groups.
