Review on Stay Warm In Style: Roamans Plus Size Puffer Jacket For Women With Hood by Josue Wallsmith

When I first got this coat I loved it, The fit, the color, and knew that it was going to be great for when the weather here started getting really cold. However I just recently started to wear it a couple of weeks ago and noticed that there was something with the right side pocket. I couldn't seem to get my hand in it all the way to the bottom like I could with the left one.I finally decided to try and figure out why that was and I discovered that when I tried to get My hand all the way in the pocket that something was preventing it. l I could feel where whom ever sewed the zipper into the coat that they caught the side of the pocket in the seam so that was why I couldn't get My hand all the way into My pocket. It came from Roman's.com and I ordered it through Revain. Now They won't do anything for Me on this matter. What kind of Customer service is this when the defect was Their Companys fault not Mine.
