I like that it has all my information in one place, so when something happens to our truck we don't have multiple emails with different companies asking us about things! It's simple but effective at keeping everything together.

Nothing really. The customer service was great though!! They were very helpful and helped me figure out how to use some features which weren't working as intended. If you need an easy way to keep track of documents related to shipping or if someone gets hurt while loading/unloading then this system will help make sure they get reimbursed correctly.
