TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER REPLACEMENT
Package Arrived Via Fedex. The box seemed too big for the product, but I signed up anyway. When I opened the package I found a lot of paper packaging and a small damaged box under the packaging. The shipping label for the smaller box was supplied by Dorman to Hanson Dist. The smaller box was damaged. In the smaller box, the part I ordered was also damaged. The brackets were improperly bent and loose. I cannot install this damaged product in my truck. I don't know if Amazon will exchange it for another one as the box was opened.
