Give it a 4 1/2 star rating for its customer service efforts. I ordered a set of wiper blades for a 2011 VW Jetta station wagon. The delivery took about 5 days. The new blades slid comfortably into my wiper mounts, but the wipers clicked loudly with every movement. Not an ideal result. After looking closely at the attached wiper diagram, I found that the brackets shown for my car do not look like the ones installed on the car. I contacted the seller via email and detailed the problem and asked if the problem could be a discrepancy between the wiper and the bracket. I sent a photo of the mount itself. It turns out that while I bought the wiper described as fitting my car, the actual OE wiper bracket design was different. The seller found a suitable bracket and sent a new set free of charge. Again, the delivery took about 5 days, but the new wipers fit perfectly and work silently. It's too early to tell how long they'll last - the original and replacement Bosch wipers I've used previously typically lasted around 18 months - but there's no apparent difference in quality between them and the originals . The whole process took longer than I wanted. I liked it, there were moments of disappointment, but the seller was responsive and helped solve the problem.
