Review on Personal Hands Free Rotating Foldable Portable by Oren Perry

Bought this fan while gardening as it has been over 43 degrees where I live for over 2 weeks. This fan makes it a little more bearable and powerful. The fan has 3 speeds, the lowest is still strong and the highest keeps you cool a little better. I like wearing the included strap around my neck or hanging nearby and pointing in my direction. The fan head can be tilted 90 degrees. I love that I can charge my phone and use a fan at the same time as this fan has a USB output assuming it doesn't charge my particular phone as fast as a wall outlet but it works and that was just an extra advantage for me. as I didn't buy it as a portable charger as I have a lot of them. Overall for the money paid this is a cool (no pun intended) fan. I just wish they had a black version for sale as shown on the packaging.
