Great for social media management and customer service

I love that it has all of my favorite features in one place! It's been super easy using this tool, so far everything seems like they've thought through every feature very well (from scheduling posts/tweets with hashtags & terms up until analytics reporting). The price point may be prohibitive at first glance but if you're willing spend $200-400 per month then there are some really great benefits offered by sendibly beyond just posting content onto platforms - things such as engagement metrics via Facebook Insights or Twitter Analytics can help make your business decisions much easier when choosing what type(s)of campaigns work best within each channel. We use SentiBly primarily because we have access to multiple networks across different industries which allows us a lot greater reach than other solutions available out today.- Scheduling our own tweets directly I like that it's an easy way to post multiple times a day, but still have each post be tailored specifically to what you are trying to communicate. This makes it easier than having to make multiple posts. I dislike that sometimes when you click send, the message doesn't go out right away. You can also only send one update at a time which can be frustrating. It helps us post messages quicker, allowing us to get back to our customers faster.
