These are cute little bags with two types of chains, long and short. However, it's not easy to stick your hand in to pick up items. An extra inch of width would make it a really nice evening bag. I bought my mother for a wedding, cute, light, but when she tried to get things, her hands with only four fingers could not reach a full hand to grasp.
