Product is fine. This is the first zipline I have installed so I have no comparison. The process is quite simple with simple instructions. Definitely a job for two. The product fully complies with the description, no surprises. What is not described is the customer service. This product is configured to run a 5ft lanyard around the starter tree and wrap the cable around the planter tree. I figured I could tie a noose over a planting tree and it's possible, but the manual says otherwise. My starter tree was larger so I contacted the company and they made me a 9ft sling for FREE and shipped it to me within 2 weeks (from China) for me to set up and run a zip line for my son's birthday party. . Chinese products and support are often scoffed at, but if I ever need another zip line, this is the first company I try to find my product from. And if they don't have it, I'll write to them and ask. Good product, fantastic customer support!
