PYUNKANG YUL Low pH Cleaning Water comes in a beautiful 10 ounce light blue plastic bottle and is priced at $15 at the time of writing. Can be used as a micellar water, toner or makeup remover. It contains things like witch hazel and tea tree extract, but they don't smell to me. It has a mild scent and is surprisingly gentle on my super sensitive skin. I use it as a healing toner at night (not around the eyes or mouth as I use oil-based makeup remover) when I need a simple routine (cleanse, tone, moisturize). It is watery and light, with a reasonable pH; not sticky, sticky or drying. I have sensitive combination skin, no irritation or inflammation. Keep in mind that I don't combine it with any other BHAs, AHAs, or retinol derivatives as it already contains a mild form of AHA (an exfoliant derived from fruit acids). In general, I am satisfied with this inexpensive, mild remedy. Tonic by Pyunkang Yul (Korean skincare).
