I have diabetic neuropathy in my legs and sometimes the pain keeps me awake. The day I received them I wore them all day, they take a little getting used to. But from day one to now my pain has definitely decreased and I am sleeping again. I would give this more than 5 stars. Every time I get up and walk, it's like a little acupressure. However, they are a bit fragile so I hope they last a while. But to be honest I would probably buy another pair if needed, they help a lot.
