Excellent product! I originally bought this 2 controller mattress warmer for my husband. We leave the thermostat off, and he's more sensitive to cold than me. I never thought I would use my site but now I enjoy the comfort and warmth this product provides as much as it does. At first I was concerned about the one star ratings from non-working controllers. In fact, one of us stopped working after two months. No problem! Do not use an extension cord. Follow these exact steps to reset your controller (provided by BeautyRest Support). There are several reasons for this issue: 1. The bedding is plugged into an extension cord, surge protector, extension cord, or is not plugged into an outlet.2. Bedding was not connected properly. To SOLVE this issue, follow these steps to reset the bedding: 1. Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.2. Disconnect the cord from the bedding itself.3. Reconnect the cord to the bedding. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.4. Plug the power cord back into the power outlet. If the 4 steps above are not followed in order, the litter will not discharge properly. After a reset and if the problem persists, the duvet, mattress topper or electric blanket and controls must be returned to our factory for repair or replacement.
