Water Pump - Spare Parts

This review is for the delivery of goods. I received these yesterday before opening the box I noticed it looked pretty shabby. When I opened it I understood why. The box is too big for the pump. Inside there was no indentation, the box was struck from the inside. The seals in the box were loose. Whoever missed this ship in this way should bear more responsibility.
