Best holder I have ever found for a large phone

I have had many phone holders and this one is top notch. I wish the spring was heavier, but my phone hasn't fallen out yet. And I can detach the phone with one hand, so maybe the spring is just right. Let's see if it loosens up over time. don't understand the reviews about slipping - maybe you have some kind of armor or other wax on the dashboard? I figured I could use it in the car and then bring it home to my kid to prop the phone up, but it takes force to remove this holder. So much so that he stayed in the car forever. I gave it 5 stars but wish it was more modern/sleek.
