I like that they are always looking to improve their services for us as clients! They're very easy going people who will listen closely when we have questions or concerns about our campaigns/projects so far this year (which has been many).

We've had some great success from them but there's room still for improvement - just keep working at it :) My only problem right now would be figuring out how much work goes into each project before beginning because sometimes projects can seem small compared to others which makes me wonder if maybe something else was done wrong? The benefits of having someone constantly monitor your account while you focus elsewhere. Having an employee dedicated solely towards managing all aspects related to my adwords accounts allows me time away during office hours without worrying too much since everything runs smoothly behind closed doors until needed again later after business hours end :D.
