Confound. Buyer Warning.

I love this lip balm so much it's the only lip balm I use! Unfortunately, I only received 1 lip balm... even though the product description says 6 lip balms. How can 1 lip balm cost $18.99? Based on other reviews, I'm not the only one who has had this experience.
