The material is 95% cotton and 5% polyester.Pros:-It has adjustable straps so it can grow with the baby.-Adorable-Makes a cute gift for a rainbow baby.-Material feels soft-Looks just like description photo.-Looks true to size-Snaps on the bottom for easy access to diaper.Cons:-Has some strings on the rainbow and button hanging off that I will need to cut.-It comes in a bag. So no tags. It's not very giftable looking to give in a bag or without a tag.
