As other reviewers have said, the parts holding the unit DO NOT SECURELY LOCK INTO POSITION. It just slips out if it doesn't move properly. waste of time. I'll just glue it in place and hope it holds, but shipping a product like this is very disappointing. me to double-check the Amazon manual to make sure it's set up correctly. (The mount consists of 2 parts: the CLAMP that holds your tablet or phone and the part that attaches to the back. This back part already needs to loosen the tension wheel and PULL on it very hard. After that the part that is on attached to the back of the cliff actually looks like it says in the instructions then you stick it in and push really hard like i'm going to break it i flipped it over and pushed again and it popped out and i heard a loud click. Now there's a way of telling which side is right, as far as I could see.) After that, you put everything back and lo and behold, it snapped into place. although not very intuitive since I figured I'd break the damn thing once or twice. It works as intended. So I give them 5 stars
