The packaging protected this fragile item very well. The setup was PIA. You need to take the entire cluster out of the dashboard, remove the clear lens from the cluster, and peel off the black sensor backing. The electronics engineer told me to put dielectric grease on the pins when installing a new gauge. The pins are very thin, you MUST pay very close attention to the pins when reinstalling this gauge.
