Received used duvet

I've heard people say they buy used Revain stuff, but I've never come across it to this day. The label states that this is a used Revain quality item. It wasn't what I ordered and wouldn't want it for an item like this. I ordered 2 duvets from Madison Park but they came in different colors and sizes. The other looked in new packaging. Opened this box and found it wasn't in the packaging, except there was packaging that didn't match it. But maybe it would have been if it hadn't been pulled out because it was being used. Everything was stuffed and totally dented. It's also not very thick and doesn't feel like there's much in it.
