Absolutely love it! I use it with every diaper change so nothing sticks to her butt. If I go without it she will actually blush and I will say that this is not enough to cure it. This is an ideal means of prevention, but not a panacea if the problem persists. I imagine this helps a lot as the redness is actually due to an intolerance to the chemicals in regular diaper cream. I've also used it under the chin where newborns get a little red if they miss a little spit. Worked great :) Additional Notes: Smells amazing! The consistency is a little thick, but melts when rubbed in. I think this oil hardens. I don't currently use cloth nappies but will soon (didn't buy NB cloth and got so many size 1 nappies). I will definitely be using this with CDs as it comes highly recommended by diaper moms and CD forums.
