I got this for my 13 year old daughter who loves exploring the vast world of art, and Van Gogh is amongst her favorites. She was immediately drawn to this sunflower pattern. The lanyard is beautiful and sturdily made. The colors look just like we thought they would. It seemed a little shorter than I expected, but it's a good length, and it will work perfectly for our purposes.Our whole family has chronic fatigue long-Covid. We decided we are getting pins to communicate our disabilities (and frustrations) to others in a visual way to hopefully make life easier on the limited occasions we are out for medical appointments since we still have to stay self isolated. (Long-haulers risk getting worse with every Covid infection.) It is very hard having invisible disabilities, and the toxic positivity out there has begun to take its toll on us even more in some ways than our actual chronic illnesses. I think this lanyard will be a wonderful arrow in our quiver as we navigate other people's ignorance.It will also be a great canvas for displaying pins that represent who we are as people despite living with severely debilitating handicaps now. I am so excited about the possibilities of this!
