So far I am delighted with this product. I used it as directed by mixing 4MC with 4N dye to color white hair in a section of my natural hair. The night before I used castor oil and almond oil in a ratio of 2 to 1 with a warm hat on my head, washed off very well the night before dyeing. I followed the directions in the ONC box exactly and added 10 minutes for thick hair in good condition. Worked great. The hair was colored very shiny, soft and even. I can't say anything about the staying power at the moment, but it turned out really well. I think the oil treatment the night before probably helped a lot. But the condition of my hair after coloring is just EXCELLENT.
