Another user of this shower head, love this product so far! not working correctly. If you look into the large white part where the spray selector nozzle disassembles, you will see a small spring and a small "knob" holding it in the hole. As long as it is correctly re-inserted into the (left) hole of the larger (conical) part of the jet selector, it should be back to normal! I also highly recommend taking off the top metal disk where the water is coming out and just soaking it in a small bowl of vinegar overnight / rubbing it down with soap from time to time if the spray seems clogged / unstable. I hope this is generally helpful to all other buyers out there :)
