Helpful Trigger Point Poster - Reversible - Not suitable for wall hanging

Trigger Point Anatomy Map - Office Wall Poster for Reference I am not a professional massage therapist or physical therapist, just curious about trigger points. A few years ago I had buttock pain that got worse for 2 years. It got so bad that I found it difficult to walk very far, sit for long periods, and the pain woke me up at night. After researching the internet, I found out that I have Piriformis Syndrome. After looking further, I found that I could probably get a back injection to get rid of the pain, or I could try a deep tissue massage. Guide to Pain Reliefโ€ and also learned all about trigger points and deep tissue massage. My daughter, PTA, helped me find trigger points which I did deep tissue massage. My pain went away after a few days. After this experience, I also helped my husband, who has Parkinson's disease, deal with dizziness that was so debilitating that he could barely walk across the room. Using the manual I found out that there are 3 trigger points in his neck that could be causing his dizziness. (In addition to dizziness, he had several other symptoms. One of them was the words dancing across the page. When he tried to read, the words would move across the page and it would take him forever to read a paragraph.) Me passed the information on to his next massage therapist. The therapist gently massaged the trigger points near the carotid artery and his dizziness disappeared. The way it went in less than a week. I find trigger points amazing. Carpal tunnel syndrome can often be relieved by massaging the trigger points. I felt like I just needed this poster. I found a few lines that didn't have a starting point, closing points, or description; Also, I've found some points with no lines pointing to them. I did not mark the areas and after a short search I did not find them again. If I studied trigger points, maybe I would understand why the information is missing. I don't know if the poster is correct and if I will reference the poster if I need to use my trigger point workbook. I deducted a star. because this poster is double sided. Oh my god I don't understand why they didn't print two posters (front and back) especially since this is advertised as a wall poster. comes rolled up in a tube which I keep the poster in.
