Inexpensive chest strap on a good device.
I think the strap is the biggest weakness of this device. I always had 100% connectivity but was really struggling to get HR readings. I replaced the strap with a Wahoo Softstrap using the same buckles and it now works 100%. If you can get two pieces cheap enough, it's a good device. If you have an existing device and are having trouble, it might just be a strap.
