I must admit that my experience navigating Alenbrathy's online shop as a foreigner was very disappointing. Despite having an impressive selection of goods, I had a frustrating and unpleasant purchasing experience due to the website's unclear layout and subpar translation. The customer reviews were difficult to comprehend due to poor translation, and the product descriptions were frequently unclear. I started questioning every purchase I made and eventually decided to buy elsewhere out of concern that I might get the wrong item. The situation was made worse by their unhelpful customer service, who appeared similarly perplexed by my questions. Due to poor packaging and slow shipping, some products arrived damaged. Although I can't suggest Alenbrathy as a foreigner, their online store may be a fantastic choice for those who are fluent in the language. It is difficult to manage because of the language barrier and the subpar customer service, and it is ultimately not worth the hassle.
