This thing is awesome. It's not small, it's about the size of a large shoe box, but it does exactly what you'd expect. It has different settings, most of which feel great. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and need to get my feet glowing regularly. This thing does the trick and I would say in the month or so of using it my foot discomfort has gone down by about 50%. The only minor downside is that the audio can be a bit loud when using the settings that pump air into the foot pods. Kinda sounds like a ventilator. I knew this was going in, so I don't mind.
