I just received and wore the Keen Color Desert Sage/multi Astoria West Closed Toe Sandals. You look great! Cute! Not bulky at all. What impressed me the most is the cushioning this shoe offers. Trust me someone who has only lived in ufos for the last 2 years because they need a soft cloud-like feel to relieve leg pain. I can't believe how comfortable the soul of these shoes is. It's really difficult to find soft shoes with a soft sole and a significant thickness. The top and sides of this shoe are also comfortable. There are no fingers sticking out. Based on several reviews I decided to buy them in size 8. I usually wear a size 7 or 7 1/2 shoes, but in sneakers I wear a size 8. This size 8 Astoria fits well, so I recommend using your shoe size. Because of their cloudy softness, they mold to your feet and your arch. I think if you have a very high arch and/or a squat foot they will likely be tight. I have skinny legs and a low arch. My review may be premature as I haven't worn them outdoors, but what makes them so comfortable is the cushioning in the heel and ball of the foot. My feet hurt so much that if I didn't feel that pillow I would actually be afraid to walk out in them knowing I would end up in pain but I'm not at all afraid to walk out in them and I'm happy me on it! I have a pair of old closed-toe athletic sandals (size 7 1/2) that I desperately needed to replace, but I didn't find any comfortable. I'm so glad I went ahead and ordered them online! So far everything is great! I don't want to take them off.
