Broke within a month

The watch was for my 7 year old and literally broke 3 days after the return window. I don't really want a return just an exchange as she LOVES this watch. The dial is now flickering, the bracelet has fallen apart and lost the small screw that holds it in place so we can't even fix it ourselves. The watch is nice but not worth the money if you have to replace it after a month or so.

This is not installed. Does not set the time correctly. In general, a piece of plastic is not a very good item.
