Updated: Two different orders shown in photos. They would think I would stop ordering from them. Right? I love the product so I kept ordering another torn packet. The great thing is that they replace it. So I'm happy. I just hope someone comes out here safe and sound! Original: It broke but the box was fine. Didn't bother at all. Does that mean he left the factory like this? Otherwise it's 5. But leaves me with a dilemma. I don't know if I should leave it with a hole (would that be ok?) but I don't have a car so going back and forth to the elevators to get it back will cost me more than just another one to buy one. I think be careful with ordering if this will be a problem for you. Otherwise a good product.
