Standard size (9.25" x 5.5") Bread pans are everywhere, but this size is hard to find. I like to bake banana bread in the smaller aluminum 1 lb (7.75" x 3.75") loaf tin, but I had trouble with the loaf sticking to the tin so I cut the parchment paper to accommodate the Lining can - time consuming but necessary if I want to get the bread out of the pan in one piece. This insert is just the right size for a small loaf pan. Simply place the liner in the mold and fill with batter. The pan or baking sheet does not need to be greased. The bread is baked perfectly and slips out of the mold easily. Prep and cleanup is SO EASY!
