I started taking a keto supplement from Beverly International (BI) because my blood test showed extremely low testosterone levels. My doctor wanted me to go the OTC route instead of using a prescription as I had been battling severe Ulcerative Colitis for over 10 years and we believed it was a disease along with all my other medications that I was taking for this disease this very low level of testosterone. After taking BI Keto supplements I figured there wouldn't hurt to add them to the mix as both bottles (the keto bottle and this lean out bottle) say they work best when combined . Since taking these BI pills my testosterone levels have gone from extremely low to extremely high and are now at the low end of the normal range when my doctor advised me to cut the dose in half (because my testosterone levels had skyrocketed). Now 6 months later, having just re-tested last week, I'm at the low end of normal. So I think it's working, but I need to figure out the right dosage for my body. At the moment I am waiting for the pills to arrive and I think I will take 75% of the required dose and stay there when I test again in 2 months. The only downside is that BI Keto pills take 6 pills a day and are large, gel coated but still big pills. Losing weight is not that bad, the pills are the same size but 4 pills a day. So if you combine both supplements and take the full dose, you need to take 10 pills per day.
