The journal as a whole is great. I love the cover and how durable it is. The material doesn't feel cheap. I love the pockets on the inside and that it can hold alot of paper. When i first received it the lock of stiff and would stick . Thats the best way i can think to discribe it. The number dials were hard and didnt want to move. I figured it was because it was new and the more i used it and tryed to open it, it would work better. But it did the opposite and wouldn't open at all i had to jimmy it with a knife. But the store not Revain was so amazing not that Revain isnt. But i was out of the return window so i had to call the store. They were so great they have a new updated journal so they are sending that to me to replace the bad one. I would definitely order from them again
