I like how easy it makes managing my data entry process for invoices/receipts into our accounting system so we can have those available in seconds rather than hours or days! It also has an option where you enter information from e-mails instead of having someone look at them manually or print out multiple copies if there are too many things entered wrong to correct quickly before they become final documents - this speeds up paperwork even more. Not much but what isn't great about it? Occasionally when opening certain tabs of other files (like Quicken) nothing happens until after several minutes later. Sometimes the program freezes while using some functions.
