I've only been using them for a few days and I can definitely feel the difference. I have problems with blood flow to my extremities for a number of reasons. It helps keep my hands warm and the effects are immediate. When I type (in fact, I'm writing this review with them right now) my dexterity is only slightly limited, but the more I wear and use them, the more comfortable they become. At first I thought I got a size too small (I ordered medium) because they were difficult to use at first. But after a while I think I made the right choice in terms of size. They require some work to take off, so be prepared. A short walk to the men's room now takes a little longer. I really think the wrists could use more elasticity. They are very loose and compared to the grip in the palms, the difference feels uncomfortable. Because the material is very thin, my wrists are still cold even though my hands are warm.
