I just bought a new laptop and wanted something to carry my kindle, notepads, phone etc when I travel and also just walk around town. This is the perfect size. It fits my 15.4 inch laptop with free space and has another wide book slot (could maybe fit two college size textbooks plus a spiral notebook). It has many other pockets and neat places for things. It's the perfect size for a woman, not too small and not too big. And on top of that it's CUTE. I actually like it better in person than in the picture. I like that the shoulder straps are soft and there is a pad in the middle where the lower back is so things don't bump into your body when carrying. The fabric is heavy and feels like a heavy canvas that can take a beating. Good quality zippers. Overall very good quality and looks a lot more expensive than it is. I am very happy that I bought it and know that it will be used for a long time. So if you decide, then do it.
