Difficult to start the first time because I know it works for other people. My 6 month old daughter was diagnosed with mild childhood eczema. I wanted this to work so badly. Atlast, I had to send it back. But remember it worked for her cousin who is 9 months old. I like the light scent, I don't like that the pipe is metal.
