Somewhere in a year it broke like many ctrl, despite the fact that I donโt even use it in games - a very frail mount, apparently for those who use the keyboard for its intended purpose, the button breaks in weeks. After one and a half, I almost noticed that the backlight on 2 buttons began to differ from the others - apparently the LEDs burned out, instead of white they became yellow, instead of blue, green. I turned to the store - they send it to the service for diagnostics (here I was not lucky - I bought the device not in a store specialized on computers), but as it turned out, Logitech does not have a service, there is an official guarantee via the Internet . it should be, in fact the site does not work - I can't register a product or register a claim, all I have to do is call Hong Kong (already spent several hundred for long-distance calls), only after that they can register a claim and start communicating by mail. But it doesnโt get any easier - one gets the feeling that the task of the employees is not to help, but to get rid of their guarantees and hold out until the end of the warranty period, digging into the form of a check, then to the form of refusal of guarantees by the store, I donโt know what the claims will be next. In general, the European manufacturer has a service level of a nasty state office, I have not been able to complete this quest for 2 weeks, despite the fact that they donโt seem to argue that I bought the product from their official distributor, and the keyboard is broken, but everyone continues to dig into some kind of formalities . This is such a bottom that after I used mainly their (and mostly expensive) devices for 20 years and was almost ready to buy g915 for myself, I concluded that I would not buy the products of this company anymore
