Great tech inside but poor physical design.

Bizarre. They have a bulkiness that makes it difficult for a person with small ears to find a good fit. The products in this category that are the most successful have a balanced design that fits well with most ear sizes. I'm talking about the earpiece itself and not the part that goes in your ear. However, I managed to get a decent fit and the sound really wasn't that bad. Suitable for many genres. ANK pleasantly surprised. No, it's not the best, but you can't complain, especially if you're a good match for them.
