I love this watch! They beat it to death for three years so it has a worn patina. I have a version with an orange dial and numbers. The hands are luminescent but not very bright so don't buy it for that. Very easy to read in normal lighting - just the right contrast. The size is large - 43mm, but not tastelessly huge like some watches. I would say it looks solid enough and is the right thickness. I replaced the battery about 6 months ago - very easy with 4 tiny Phillips screws and no need to remove the strap to do it. It uses one of the most common and inexpensive watch batteries, the 377. My dilemma? The band is finally snapping (I'm pretty tough on bands - that's part of my use case for this watch without worrying about it). So I suspect that even if I can find a strap that works well for it (ideally it should be the same Casio strap) the cost will be close to that of a simple watch replacement. Nostalgia for my well-worn watch is dubious.
