In the box the instructions are in Chinese only. When you turn it on and the voice prompts say hello, connect bluetooth and goodbye, which are also in Chinese (I think that's what it says). The ear pads are much thicker than they appear and do not fit comfortably in my helmet (hjc cl-17). The volume is not as loud as expected. The installation process was fairly easy and the clip holds onto the side of the helmet well. The sound quality is fairly clear, just not very loud. I will most likely return it. For the price it would be ok if it fit, but I can't wear a helmet with it, it's too uncomfortable. Edit/Update: The seller contacted me and identified a shipping issue. Apparently I received the Chinese version of the product. You sent me the correct English version which includes English instructions as well as English audio prompts. I'll try installing it again and see how it works. I think the key to installation would be to remove the foam padding on the speakers as they would already be under the foam padding in the helmet. I think with proper placement the speakers will sit right above my ears and solve the low volume problem. It's a good device for the price, just contact them if you get the wrong language version.
