Rubber insert Not useful
The mount comes with a small self-adhesive rubber strip. You peel it off like 3M tape to attach the badge to the car. However, the adhesive backing on the rubber strip separates, defeating the purpose of having something to clip the fastener to when tightened. Of course, high quality materials were not used to mount the Ram. Poor at best. I ended up using Gorilla Ribbon as it stayed in place when installed. Throw away the rubber band.
